This role is an entry-level opportunity for junior engineers to work on the investor side (Japanese company) and gain hands-on experience in project management, coordination, and site exposure, with real use of English in daily work.

• Collect, review, and consolidate reports from contractors and subcontractors. 
• Coordinate with contractors to follow up on construction progress 
• Participate in site visits, take site photographs and record observations (on-the-job training will be provided). 
• Prepare presentation slides for internal meetings and management reviews related to project status, progress, and safety. 
• Support the Project Management team in other tasks as assigned 

• 1 year of experience 
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related fields 
• Basic to good MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
• Intermediate English reading & communication 
• Detail-oriented, logical, and willing to learn 

• Salary range: 14.000.000 - 15.000.000 VND + 500.000 allowance
• Full employment package based on the Labor Law
