• Manage the product development process by working cross-functionally and directly with suppliers.  
• Assist in the development of chemical products. Conduct chemical assessments on products and evaluate the safety and commercial viability of new chemical formulations. 
• Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues by working closely with suppliers to develop chemical assessment processes and provide product chemical alternatives.  Ensure all products comply with global safety requirements and regulations. 
• Assist in sourcing chemical materials and products in Asia and develop sourcing chemical processes with suppliers to ensure the continuous supply of materials and components. 
• Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and facilitate effective communication between teams to drive project success. 
• Provide project management support, in coordination with the suppliers, through weekly timeline management updates.  Work with the suppliers to accelerate development of critical items through problem solving.  

• Degree holder in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Studies, Food Science, or a related field. 
• At least 5 years’ experience in product development focusing on chemical assessment, material research, or solid experience in R&D adoption into commercial needs. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese and good teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of global safety standards and regulations.
