Main Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Digital Process & Adoption Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Process & Adoption Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, documenting, and optimizing internal digital tool usage procedures (ERP, CRM, LMS, etc.) for teams, while ensuring usability and relevance through regular user testing and feedback collection.
1.Documentation & Procedures
- Create clear and user-friendly guides, internal procedures, tutorials, and FAQs.
- Maintain and update documentation based on tool changes and user feedback.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand workflows and tool usage.
- User Testing & Continuous Improvement
- Organize and conduct user testing sessions with internal teams.
- Collect feedback and identify usability issues or training needs.
- Recommend improvements to enhance user experience and adoption.
2.Digital Adoption Support:
- Assist in onboarding new employees with digital tools.
- Develop training materials (videos, slides, quizzes).
- Stay up to date with best practices in UX and digital workplace tools.
Requirements
- Experience in technical documentation, UX, or digital project management.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and ERP/CRM/LMS/M365 platforms.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Strong listening skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and analytical thinking.
- English mandatory
- Bachelor's or degree in digital communication, UX Design, Technical Writing, Project Management, or equivalent.
- 1–2 years as Functional Consultant on digital transformation or ERP projects.
- Experience with tools like Odoo, OnePage, or open-source LMS platforms is a plus.
- Skills in multimedia content creation (video, screencasts) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile or Lean UX methodologies is a plus.
