Digital Project Manager (ERP)

The Digital Project Manager will oversee the implementation of all the digital projects and contribute to the department’s long-term development. He/She will play a key role in ensuring the project's success and support the department’s growth through digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement.

Project Implementation and Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects in alignment with business transformation goals.
• Oversee the implementation of digital solutions, managing scope, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of project milestones. Identify risks, challenges, and propose solutions to ensure project success.
• Oversee vendor relationship, ensuring effective service and system maintenance.
• Guide and manage team members by setting clear goals, offering direction, and providing ongoing support to ensure alignment with project objectives and team success.

Change Management and Digital Culture:

• Drive the adoption of digital tools and related changes within the organization.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, and support to provide training to ensure smooth transitions.
• Foster a digital culture by promoting on digital tools across the organization.

Department’s Development:

• Identify opportunities for transformation, lead relevant projects, and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Continue to monitor the digital project outcomes, evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain management or a related field. A master's degree would be an advantage.
• Proven experience in managing complex transformation projects, preferably within a supply chain or related field.
• Experience in ERP implementation, along with knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Knowledge of digital transformation trends & technologies, with a keen interest in driving organizational change.
• Excellent project management abilities, including project planning, resources allocation, and progress tracking.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving, with the ability to navigate through challenges & propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams & stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: English + Vietnamese speaking. French is a plus
