This is a 10-month short-term position with a leading international property developer, managing diverse projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors in key markets across Asia, Australia, and Europe. Your responsibilities will include:

• Process month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing for local statutory audit and group reporting purposes.
• Reconcile accounts to the general ledger.
• Post month-end journal entries, such as accruals/provisions, depreciation, etc.
• Analyze and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports with variance notes comparing actual results (current period vs. prior period) with the budget.
• Prepare bank and petty cash reconciliations and monitor cash at the bank and cash in hand.
• Process payments (such as preparing payment vouchers and checks and reviewing supporting documents for payments) and receipts (prepare payment advice and VAT invoices, receipt vouchers, and reconcile between receipts in bank statements and accounts receivables).
• Assist in the process of developing and enhancing budgets.
• Support and assist all day-to-day accounting functions and statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Any other assigned tasks by the Chief Accountant/Financial Controller

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Familiar with Vietnam reporting standards and IFRS.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Accounting at a multinational company.
• Prior experience in handling auditors or having audit experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in Real Estate industry is a plus.
• Experience with the SAP accounting system.
• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced working environment.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
