Main Responsibilities
Our dynamic and innovative one-stop-shop business is dedicated to providing agile and creative Corporate Services and HR Solutions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where creativity and agility are valued.
1. Employee Care Support (60%)
- Assist with onboarding procedures for new employees (e.g., document collection, system entry).
- Help coordinate monthly payroll processes: collect working hours, follow up with employees on timesheet confirmation, check payroll, send payslips.
- Handle basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payslips, insurance, and benefits.
- Scan, file, and store employee documents in both physical and digital formats, ensuring accurate and organized record-keeping.
2. Sales & Proposal Preparation (30%)
- Assist in preparing service proposals and contracts based on input from the Account Executive.
- Maintain and update client and employee records in internal tracking systems.
3. Other Support (10%)
- Participate in cross-functional projects or other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently when needed.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Friendly, responsible, and open to new experiences.
