Main Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between Operation teams and technical teams. You will support the design, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions (ERP, CRM, M365, or custom platforms) to improve financial and operational performance.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance, Accounting, and Controlling departments.
- Map and optimize existing financial processes.
- Draft functional specifications and user stories.
- Support the selection, configuration, and deployment of ERP or digital tools.
- Collaborate with developers and integrators to ensure proper implementation.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live support.
- Maintain functional documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in digital transformation or ERP projects.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including GL, AP/AR, closing, budgeting, and reporting.
- Familiarity with accounting standards such as IFRS, GAAP, etc.
- Experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Sage). Experience with Odoo is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of reporting and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Basic English level.
