We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable IT Procurement Executive for a 9-month contract to support our IT and admin operations.

IT Procurement:

• Handle procurement requests for IT-related products and services, from creating POs to processing approvals, invoices, and payments.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies in orders.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

IT Asset Management:

• Work closely with the IT support team to track and update the IT asset inventory.
• Conduct annual physical checks and manage disposal of outdated or unused IT equipment.

Administrative Support:

• Assist with documentation, reporting, and other admin-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• 1–2 years of procurement experience, preferably in an IT or technical environment.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is required.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
