Supply Chain Planning

• Support the company market (US, UK, Mexico, Italy, Australia, Canada, Asia) by monitoring the supply of both finished goods and raw materials to ensure smooth operations and improve efficiency. 
• Support the supply chain strategy for markets to improve inventory turnover and operations excellence. 
• Collaborate with corporate to investigate and resolve any supply issues or concerns and initiate measures for future improvement. 
• Ensures the timely and accurate entry of all stock transfer orders between the company and suppliers and/or warehouses.
• Participate in the S&OP process for Asia to improve inventory turnover and customer satisfaction

Logistics and warehousing

• Oversees logistics operations, including but not limited to: warehouse space, inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, and value-added services. 
• Investigate and resolve any Customs or operational issues for freight moving in and out of our warehouses. 
• U-turn for 2-year storage period: STO creation from warehouse to warehouse.
• Ensure EDI transactions are occurring promptly upon goods receipt.

Project Management and Operational Excellence

• Participate in/support Project Management Topline meetings to promote and develop close integration between planning, logistics, and other operations areas and optimize performance in schedule attainment, adherence, and on-time delivery. 
• Led cross-functional project teams working on continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects. This includes the OSMI monitoring, inventory projection, and aging report. 
• Serve as a change facilitator, develop, and collaborate with functional managers to establish and execute continuous improvement roadmaps by identifying best practices of the market and other multinational firms and serving as a channel for best practice sharing and adoption across business units.

Decision Making Capabilities

• Provide solutions for supply global constraints, including expediting, canceling, air freight, and inventory allocation to meet Sales/Customer requirements.
• Review overs/shorts/damages/QA issues on products in the warehouse and disposition accordingly
• Reject or accept charges for any special customs or value-added services. 
• Assist the third-party logistics service provider in resolving any questions regarding outbound orders, including inventory discrepancies, EDI failures, paperwork discrepancies, errant picks, and shipments.
• Identify and implement cost savings improvements to current processes in our third-party logistics service provider and logistics network.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 2-3 years experience (preferably in distribution and warehousing)
• ERP experience, SAP preferred.
• Knowledgeable of Asian customs requirements, including FTZ and BLP.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with proven skills in listening, communication, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong working knowledge of WMS systems. 
• Proven skills in group facilitation and problem-solving (preferably in a team environment).
• Ability to travel internationally with minimal restrictions
