The following job description pertains to an external position that we are currently hiring for on behalf of our client. Submit your application today!

- Prepare importation documents/information required by the Customs.

- Follow up importation status and liaise with warehouses for logistics arrangement (e.g. goods receiving).

- Enter and update goods importation status and invoice details into the system.

- Domestic order handling including but not limited to:

+ Entering and updating details into the system.

+ Price checking.

+ Monitoring order fulfilment status.

+ Liaising among warehouse and customers to arrange for goods pick-up and on-time delivery.

- Handle sample order requests from customers.

- Handle and resolve customer complaints (e.g. goods damages, quantity discrepancies, late delivery, etc).

- Check monthly billings from third-party logistics companies and arrange payments.

- Check, prepare and submit detailed invoice listing and supporting documents to Finance team.

- Assist in Corporate and International projects and processes when required.

DECISION MAKING CAPABILITIES:

- Decisions relating to the quality of work (measuring against standards, ordering rework).

- Decisions to resolve a customer's immediate issue (to improve customer satisfaction).

- Complying with existing policies, procedures and standards.

- Determining work and time allocation among various tasks.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. 

- 3-4 years of experience and knowledge in Logistics.

- Good analytical and communication skills.  Strong sense of responsibility.

- Able to work well under pressure and under multiple or conflicting demands.

- SAP experience of the modules (MB52, MD04, ME23N, ME80FN, MMBE, V_V2, VA01, VA02, VF01, VF02, VL02N and ZVA04) is a MUST.  

- Proficient in Vietnamese and English
