- Manage client work coordination (WIP prep, asset gathering, brief writing) - there are no sales involved and minimal client-services.

- QA graphic design work (first-pass review for copy, branding, typos).

- Support business operations across 3 ventures (email marketing agency 40%, online fashion directory 10%, launch of new nail salon 50%).

- Manage small, highly agile team and assist CEO with hiring decisions.

+ Coordinate and manage senior developer and senior graphic designer - timelines, deadlines, workflow, etc.

- Manage calendars, team projections and alignment, file and data organisation.

+ Track project timelines and deliverables.

- Research support (market analysis, competitor research, brand discovery).

- Fluent English (written and spoken) - mandatory.

- 2+ years experience in operations, project coordination, or business management.

- Strong organisational and communication skills.

- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

- Detail-oriented with strong QA mindset.

- Self-directed problem solver.

- Comfortable with Google Workspace, project management tools.

- Marketing or creative industry experience preferred.
