We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Site Manager to oversee and manage our production site in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving performance, and leading a local team while aligning with the strategic objectives of the company. This role requires strong leadership, industrial expertise, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Overall Site Management

• Oversee the complete management of the production site, ensuring performance, quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met.

• Supervise the site's budget, optimize costs, and ensure local profitability.

• Represent the company before Vietnamese authorities, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage legal aspects of the site’s operations with the support of local employees.

• Contribute to defining and implementing the site’s growth strategy in collaboration with the Group's management.

• Ensure the successful launch of new projects in terms of timing and quality (automotive procedures, validation of production and inspection machines), while requesting group support when needed.

Management & Leadership

• Lead and manage the team, including recruitment, training, and skill development.

• Ensure smooth collaboration and communication with local and Group teams (English required, French is a strong asset).

• Participate in the Group's Industrial Committee and implement company’s standards (via Teams or in person).

• Take part in the quarterly reviews of the Group (via Teams or in person).

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure efficiency in industrial processes and the implementation of Group standards.

• Hands-on approach: participate in production operations when necessary.

• Track and analyze site performance, identify areas for improvement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to meet the high quality standards of automotive clients.

• Proven experience in managing an industrial site in the mechanical sector. A background in mechanics (screw machining, turning) is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in Asia, particularly Vietnam, and familiarity with local culture and team management.
• Expertise in performance management and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fluent in English language skills is mandatory to interact with local teams and international stakeholders. Proficiency in French language skills is highly preferred, and knowing Vietnamese language skills is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with constant evolution.
• Strong skills in structuring and presenting analyses and reports to support group management decision-making.
