Main Responsibilities
We are a global consulting firm with strong expertise in Asia and a worldwide network of strategic partners. Our mission is to help organizations grow internationally through pragmatic, data-driven, and hands-on business development strategies.
We have recently signed a multi-year contract to represent and operate on behalf of a leading industrial real estate developer specializing in Ready-Built Factories, Built-to-Suit Factories, and Industrial Investments. Our mandate covers 5 key workstreams:
- Business Prospecting
- Digital Growth & SEO Strategy
- Marketing & Communication Strategy & Execution
- Partner Network Activation & Engagement
- Market Entry & Growth in the U.S.
The Project Manager will lead the overall delivery and performance of this strategic growth program. Acting as both our client leader and business orchestrator, you will coordinate cross-functional operational teams (marketing, digital, sales, research, partnerships) to drive measurable business outcomes.
This is a high-visibility role for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial professional who thrives on building results from the ground up, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and transforming strategy into tangible growth.
As the sole leader of this project, you will have a commercial, sales-driven role with direct prospection, lead management and interactions with targets, with the objective to transform those conversations into tangible interest, either for our client or SoA's other BU
1. Strategic Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the client program, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and commercial outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and transparency.
- Translate high-level goals into actionable operational plans across all workstreams.
2. Business Development & Prospecting Oversight
- Supervise the commercial pipeline: from data sourcing and segmentation to lead qualification and deal closing.
- Drive prospecting strategies targeting industrial investors, manufacturers, and international corporates.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery of lead generation and deal-closing objectives.
3. Team & Project Management
- Coordinate internal and external teams (marketing, digital, communication, and research).
- Establish clear processes, milestones, and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables across all areas of the project.
4. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as strategic advisor to the client’s leadership team.
- Identify opportunities to extend or enhance the partnership scope.
- Facilitate alignment between client objectives and operational execution.
5. Marketing & Growth Activation
- Oversee brand positioning, digital growth strategy, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that digital and SEO strategies effectively support lead acquisition and visibility.
- Drive consistent and impactful communication with global partners and prospects.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic project management, and sales.
- Experience in industrial real estate/B2B services is a plus.
- Proven track record in managing international business growth programs.
- Strong client management and communication skills, comfortable interfacing with C-level stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with commercial prospecting, CRM management, and KPI-driven performance.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in agile, fast-evolving environments.
- Fluent in English (French or an Asian language is a plus).
Preferred:
- Experience in industrial property, manufacturing ecosystems, or investment promotion.
- Familiarity with ASEAN, Asian, or U.S. markets.
- Background in consulting, real estate, or international trade facilitation.
