The incumbent will manage quality for assigned product categories, drive process improvements, and maintain supplier relationships. This role includes evaluating testing, packaging, and quality performance to ensure products meet customer expectations as well as company quality and schedule requirements.

Job Descriptions:

+ Conduct inspections on finished products and ensure Function & Reliability (FR) and Safety & Regulatory (SR) requirements are checked before issuing inspection reports.

+ Communicate with engineers and merchandisers to resolve quality issues.

+ Train suppliers in inspection procedures and audit compliance programs, including CQS and SEP.

+ Report unusual factory findings, such as strikes or financial issues, and support inspection data entry into the system.

+ Travel regularly to offices and factories and provide backup support for supplementary activities as needed.

- Provide testing support, including training, cost review, audit support, and coordination with suppliers and third-party laboratories on FR testing.

- Support inspection scheduling and data analysis when necessary:

+ Plan inspection schedules across Asia, including China, Vietnam, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Malaysia, and India.

+ Manage inspection bookings, reports, data entry, and supplier quality performance, including the QIMAone Dashboard, SEP, and monthly Target SEP reports.

+ Coordinate data exchange with third-party inspection providers, including QIMA and non-QIMA inspections, FR testing, SR testing, and General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) results.

+ Track TC and QC certification and renewal status and manage inspection invoices.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

- College degree or above in industrial, science, mechanical, production, or electronic engineering.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in printing, gifts, or toys; experience with international retailers is preferred.

- Knowledge of ASTM/EN71 safety standards.

- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.

- Fluency in English and Vietnamese; Chinese is a plus.

- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.

- Proactive, open-minded, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and willing to learn.

Work Location & Travel Requirements

- The position requires regular travel to supplier factories, primarily in Hai Duong, Ha Nam, and Hai Phong.

- The role will involve working mainly at suppliers' factories and does not require overnight travel.

- Occasional travel to the Southern office may be required for company activities or special events, approximately 2–3 times per year.
