SOA Coating is a specialized division of Source of Asia, focused on the distribution and market development of high-quality coating solutions in Vietnam and across Southeast Asia. We act as a bridge between international brands and local demand, offering not just products but full-package business solutions - from technical consulting and training to after-sales service.

We serve a diverse customer base including factories, furniture manufacturers, and project contractors.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a sales executive, you will introduce a premium line of high-performance wood coating solutions trusted by professionals across Europe and Asia. These products stand out for their eco-friendliness, long-lasting protection, and advanced molecular bonding—offering clients better durability, easier application, and maintenance. You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence in Vietnam's growing wood, industrial, and architectural segments.

 

1. Client Development & Relationship Building

  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Represent the company in a professional and credible manner to build trust and long-term partnerships.


2. Product Consultation & Sales Execution

  • Present and promote products/services through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and digital channels.
  • Address client inquiries, provide detailed product information, and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and ensure customer satisfaction throughout.


3. Negotiation & Order Handling

  • Support pricing and contract negotiations in line with internal policies.
  • Coordinate order processing, product availability, delivery scheduling, and required documentation.
  • Follow up on contract execution and assist in resolving customer concerns if they arise.


4. Market Research & Competitor Insights

  • Collect and report market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to support sales planning.
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve product offerings and services.


5. Reporting & Sales Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and order status.
  • Prepare regular reports on personal sales performance and contribute to team sales targets.

 

6. Events & Networking Activities

  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events on behalf of the company.
  • Build relationships with potential clients and partners during industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economic, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Available for freshman. Experienced preferably. 1–3 years of experience in sales or trading (B2B environment preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and a passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Growth mindset—willing to take on challenges and grow with the company.
  • Willingness to travel (VN and region).
  • Fluency in English (written and oral) is required. French is a big plus.
