Main Responsibilities
Our client is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Representative to join their growing team. As a leading global provider of automated packaging solutions based in Spain, they specialize in end-of-line systems. Their expertise lies in delivering multiformat
solutions for packing, palletizing, and intralogistics, helping clients improving productivity and reduce operational costs through innovative technology.
They are currently seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead business development in South Korea and across East Asia. This role will be key to expanding our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term partnerships with both new and existing clients in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand business in South Korea and East Asia.
- Travel extensively across the region (60–70%).
- Generate Opportunities: Actively seek out potential clients through direct outreach, attending trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Drive Sales Growth: Acquire new customers, particularly in the food industry (80% of focus), as well as personal care and paints sectors.
- Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term partnerships with clients, focusing on both retention and new acquisition.
Requirements
- Based in South Korea.
- Industry Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in the packaging or automation sector.
- Experience: 3 years in industrial sales, demonstrating your ability to drive results and meet targets.
- Education: An engineering degree is preferred but not required.
- Language Skills: Native Korean and high level of English.
- Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, without a local office, and communicate effectively with global teams.
- Strong network in Korean industry (food, pharma, chemical).
- Results-oriented and experienced in consultative sales.
