Main Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition & Consulting:

  • Find potential customers interested in interior design: Set up appointments and gather customer requests or feedback.
  • Advise customers on the company's designs and services both directly and indirectly through online channels such as phone, Facebook, Zalo, and Zalo OA.
  • Communicate the values that the company offers and persuade customers to use the company's services.
  • Collaborate with the design and construction teams for site surveys and provide estimated quotes for customers.
  • Assist in marketing activities to attract and engage customers (will be guided according to a specific plan).


Customer Care:

  • Monitor and update the progress of all individual and team projects, and promptly support team members with any customer-related issues.
  • Assist customers in their interactions with contractors.


Training & Team Management:

  • Guide team members in consulting and handling customer-related issues.
  • Train team members on new tools and products (when available).
  • Plan and monitor the team's activities in customer acquisition, consulting, and marketing support to ensure weekly/monthly/quarterly goals are met.
  • Ensure the attendance and discipline of the entire team.
  • Schedule the work of the entire team.


Administrative Tasks:

  • Record and report the number and status of customers daily/weekly/monthly.
  • Check and update customer status in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Report the team's customer situation weekly to the Store Manager and Project Manager.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • College/University graduate.
  • Prefer candidates who graduated in interior design or related construction fields.

Skills:

  • Good sales skills with clear and effective communication.
  • Proactive in planning and finding new clients.
  • Good customer care skills and quick problem-solving abilities.
  • Good English communication and proficiency in office software.
  • Ability to organize, manage, and train small teams.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior sales executive in interior design.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales leader in interior design.
  • Knowledge of SketchUp is an advantage.

Personal Qualities:

  • Proactive, able to work independently and in a team.
  • Honest, careful, hardworking, and highly responsible.
  • Able to handle sales pressure.
