About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a project involving a WMS (Warehouse Management System) platform. The role will work closely with business users and technical teams to understand requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and support the project throughout implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users and technical teams to understand business needs and requirements.
• Analyze and clarify requirements related to WMS, Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development/technical teams.
• Work with technical teams on system architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows and technical specifications.
• Act as a bridge between business, technical teams and users.
• Coordinate and follow up on project-related activities to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented.
• Support the project end-to-end from requirements analysis through implementation.

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst, preferably at Senior level.
• Experience with WMS / Supply Chain / Logistics projects.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows and technical specifications.
• Good understanding of IT, development and system integration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Good English and Vietnamese communication skills. (French communication skills is a plus)
• Autonomous, organized and able to drive tasks/projects end-to-end.
• Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
