A well-established international ODM manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee all operations at its Vietnam manufacturing site. The factory focuses on producing high-quality handheld instruments for global customers and ships finished goods directly overseas.

This role has full responsibility for site operations, working closely with the Group CEO and regional headquarters to ensure smooth manufacturing, compliance, and long-term growth.

• Oversee all site operations, including manufacturing, facility management, import & export, HR, supply chain, and administration.
• Ensure the factory is fully operational and compliant to meet production and business objectives.
• Translate group business goals into effective local execution under CEO guidance.
• Manage end-to-end manufacturing flow from raw materials to finished goods shipment, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost control.
• Oversee import/export activities to ensure timely receipt of materials and on-time delivery to customers.
• Recruit and develop key personnel in line with current needs and future expansion.
• Establish and manage a local supply chain in Vietnam when required.
• Build and maintain a positive company culture aligned with core values such as teamwork, customer focus, innovation, accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
• Travel to regional headquarters (Taiwan) several times per year for alignment and reporting.

• 8–12 years of experience in manufacturing or operational management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations (preferably handheld devices or electronic/mechanical products), facility management and expansion, human resource management, basic finance and cost control, Import & export operations, supply chain management
• Proven leadership presence with the ability to influence, motivate, and align cross-functional teams.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate complex issues objectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written) is mandatory; Chinese is a plus.
• High integrity, accountability, and ownership mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally several times per year.
