• Identify and develop new strategic suppliers for both finished goods and raw materials.
• Analyze product and material costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare price comparisons and support decision-making with data.
• Coordinate with the Sourcing Specialist in China to manage supplier communication and project follow-up.
• Follow up on product development progress with suppliers.
• Request and manage supplier samples for new products.
• Track and update sourcing project status on planning tools.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding sourcing requirements and project status.
• Assist with supplier compliance in terms of environmental and social responsibility.

• 3–10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Academic background in Business, Procurement, or a related field.
• Fluency in Vietnamese, English, and Mandarin (Mandarin is essential for suppliers' communication).
• Willingness to travel frequently to suppliers in Southern Vietnam (occasional international travel may be required).
• Able to work independently, proactively manage tasks, and follow through.
• Highly reliable and detail-oriented, with strong self-management skills.
• Experience in the paper and plastic packaging industry is a strong plus.
• Work location: 1-2 days per week at the Long An factory, the remaining days work from home.
