We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to join our expanding operations in Vietnam and the South East Asia region. This role is critical in ensuring supplier compliance, driving quality improvements, and managing urgent supplier quality issues for electronics and electrical manufacturing.

• Conduct on-site supplier audits (process, product, QMS) and issue audit reports with follow-up on corrective actions.
• Validate supplier corrective and preventive action plans (containment, root cause analysis, CAPA, SCAR).
• Lead urgent supplier quality issue resolution (line stops, customer complaints, critical defects) with fast containment and escalation.
• Drive supplier performance improvement through KPI monitoring (PPM reduction, OTD, SCAR closure).
• Support PPAP / First Article validation for electrical and electronic components.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and customer quality teams to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Provide on-site coaching to suppliers to strengthen process control and quality maturity.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• Strong background in electronics/electrical manufacturing, supplier quality engineering, and on-site supplier management.
• Products: PCBA, cable harness, connectors, power modules, and electromechanical parts.
• Tools: 8D, CAPA, SCAR, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, PFMEA, Process Flow.
• Standards: ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (advantage), IPC standards (advantage), RoHS compliance.
• Fluent in Vietnamese (native) and English (spoken & written).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Hands-on, independent, and professional in supplier management.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage urgent quality situations.
• Willingness to travel frequently to supplier plants.
