• Source candidates using various methods and tools, including the company career site, social media, tech associations, and university alumni resources.
• Execute the screening process, tracking process, and hiring process.
• Assist in addressing HR inquiries.
• Serve as a point of contact with vendors.
• Assist in issuing employment contracts and updating records.
• Coordinate training sessions, seminars, and HR events.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

• Enthusiastic about pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese.
• Proficient French communication (B2) OR Proficient English communication (C1)
• Eager to learn and open to training in HR functions.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Monthly allowance: 4 million VND.
