Main Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Sales Support
- Engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, address feedback, and build long-term relationships.
- Conduct outreach activities (e.g. cold calling, email…), follow up with leads, and assist in closing deals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
2. Order Processing Coordination
- Assist in order processing and ensure seamless coordination.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and optimize stock efficiency.
- Track shipment and logistics status, resolving any delivery-related issues.
3. Marketing Support
- Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
- Manage social media presence and initiate conversations with industry peers.
- Follow up with potential clients or partners through emails or LinkedIn.
4. General Support & Administration
- Maintain accurate sales records/process in the ERP system and update client information regularly.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including document management and report preparation.
5. Team Collaboration
- Provide general support to the team and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in client support, sales coordination, or sale admin. Experience in the Coating industry is a plus.
- Language Skills: Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Customer-focused, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and negotiation and communication skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in basic office tools such as Excel. Experience in ERP/CRM is a plus.
