1. Accounts Payable (AP) for Marketing expenses for MX products, Corporate Marketing, Online, B2B

• Check & Approve EO/PR/SO FOC of MKTG activities based on Marketing plan, check budget creation vs plan.
• Collect invoices & check payments for Vendors... 
• Posting entry as bank document after payment/  deposit/advance to vendor 
• Make AP confirmation 
• Follow-up pending & push MKTG to clear 
• Task force for accounting team as Internal & External auditing

2. Off-balance inventory management: Sample MKTG, Un-record Fix assets Management

3. Logistics expense

4. Vendor bank detail management

5. Report: Make & Send EO pending report

6. Training: MKTG admin (if needed)

7. Closing book monthly on time

8. Backup job for a team member

• Bachelor's degree or at least College, major in Accounting/Financial.
• Have 1 -2 years of Experience as an AP accountant 
• Good in both written and spoken English  
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Committed and passionate towards the business.
• Strong initiative and follow-through.
• Good team player.
• Good communication skills.
• Hard-working & Careful.
