We are looking for experienced Backend Developers to for a 12-month digital transformation project with one of the top banks in Vietnam. This opportunity is suitable for both Backend Developer and Backend Developer Specialist levels, depending on candidates’ experience and project exposure.

+ Work Location: Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi – Client Site.

+ Project Duration: 12 months.

+ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop backend applications that meet functional and business requirements while following coding, technical, and API documentation standards.

- Develop and maintain APIs serving frontend and backend systems.

- Build and maintain shared development libraries (for Specialist level).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance, scalability, and security.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer in banking, finance, fintech, corporate financial management, digital platforms, or e-commerce solutions.

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with:

+ Java Spring Boot.

+ RESTful API, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

+ SQL and NoSQL databases.

+ Microservice architecture and design principles.

+ Unit testing.

- Strong understanding of performance optimization, fault tolerance, and security best practices.

Additional Requirement for Specialist Level

- Experience deploying and completing at least one go-live project related to: Digital Banking, CRM systems

- Corporate Finance/Treasury Management solutions integrated with banking systems.

- Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
