- Create and edit short-form video content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels.

- Develop content strategy to grow follower base and engagement for personal brand.

- Create launch content and ongoing social strategy for Cult Altra nail salon (Y2K concept).

- Research Vietnamese fashion brands and trends.

- Analyse content performance and provide strategic insights on what works and why.

- Track weekly KPIs and recommend adjustments.

- First-pass content approvals and quality checks.

- Plan content calendar and posting schedule.

- Identify viral trends and adapt them to brand voice.

- Fluent English (written and spoken) - mandatory.

- Proven viral video track record.

- Strong content analysis and strategic thinking skills.

- Fast editing workflow (CapCut/Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro).

- Research skills for Vietnamese fashion and beauty trends.

- Understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.

- Data-driven approach to content optimization.
