• Welcoming guests to the showroom, standing up and greeting each customer, welcoming them to the dealership, and giving guests directions.
• Receiving and answering the phone calls (if any) and serving water to the guests
• Arranging and managing the reception and waiting areas to be clean, tidy, and hygienic.
• Introducing guests to basic information about the company and its products.
• Supporting customers to download and use the company's app.
• Collecting and recording customer comments daily, at least 10 customers per day (with a sample form).
• Summarizing weekly guests’ information report (with sample form).
• Supporting administrative work, and other papers (not including making payments) as assigned by management.
• Managing inventory lookups.
• During downtime, assist management teams with filing or other projects.

• Bachelor/College degree. High school graduate is acceptable
• Good Vietnamese & English communication skills 
• Good problem-solving skills
• Friendly & bright looking
• Work in shifts (6 days/week): Morning shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM or Afternoon shift: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
