Cyber Security Specialist

We are looking for a Cyber Security Specialist to support and enhance information security activities within the banking environment. The role is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and improving cybersecurity controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.

Working mode: Full-time onsite (further discussion)

Location: District 1

Duration: 22 days project

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain information security systems, controls, and security monitoring tools.
• Support security incident detection, investigation, response, and reporting activities.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, security risk analysis, and follow-up remediation tracking.
• Prepare security reports, audit documentation, and compliance evidence for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support IT security audits, regulatory assessments, and compliance reviews within the banking environment.
• Ensure compliance with banking security standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and related teams to strengthen cybersecurity practices and risk controls.
• Participate in implementing and improving security solutions, controls, and monitoring processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, IT Security, or IT Audit.
• Good understanding of network security, system security, security operations, and risk management.
• Familiar with security standards/frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, or related compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting security audits, compliance reporting, or regulatory assessments is highly preferred.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills; French language skills are a plus.
