We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in optimizing our development and deployment processes, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of our systems.

1. SecOps:

• Implement and maintain security best practices in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Identify vulnerabilities and mitigate security risks.
• Develop and maintain security tools and scripts for continuous monitoring and threat detection.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

2. Code Release Management:

• Lead and manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of our continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance the development lifecycle.
• Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of our applications and infrastructure.
• Manage and scale cloud-based infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, Google Cloud.
• Maintain and improve configuration management systems and infrastructure as code practices.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.

3.Site Reliability Engineering (SRE):

• Enhance system reliability by designing and implementing monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application and infrastructure components.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery drills and develop resilience strategies for critical services.
• Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

4. General:

• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to DevOps and cloud computing.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the DevOps team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals and projects.

• Language: Fluent in Vietnamese AND Limit Working Proficiency in English (Reading and Writing)
• 3.5+ years of experience as a DevOps/SecOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and IBM Cloud.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
• Experience with Kubernetes and its related tools (Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, EFK, etc.)
• Experience with operating popular databases type (Postgres, MySQL, Redis, etc.)
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IAC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Solid understanding of networking and security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
