CORPORATE: Following brand guidelines to increase brand awareness 

• Social Media: Work with the in-house team and follow social guidelines to handle design for social posts on Facebook, yammer, and LinkedIn. Support campaigns to achieve the target traffic, views, and interactions.
• Create print ads.
• Design EDM banner
• Retouch photos.
• Prepare seasonal notices, greeting e-cards, and thank-you e-cards for staff and customers. 
• Propose initiative for the Tet campaign.

RESIDENTIAL: Support marketing and sales with design deliverables

• Follow guidelines and adapt other designs (Brochure, Flyer, etc.)
• Create POSM for the event (Banner, backdrop, standee, invitation,…)
• Create a key visual for the project’s campaign.
• Create advertising publications and promotions to promote sales.
• Design EDM banners.
• Design notification templates, e-cards, and thank-you cards for holidays. (Liberation Day, Independence Day, New Year, Luna New Year).
• Seasonal for Facebook Cover, Facebook Post.
• Optimize design format for different marketing and communication channels (online, offline) to ensure high impressions of target audiences. 
• Make adaptation design for company's networks: portal, R+, SC, EP, etc.
• Design advertising for SGSU and OOH products (hoarding, banners, signage, etc.).

+ Support to fine-tune the salebrief.

+ Assist in finalizing the design of sales documents (project site plan, floor plan, typical unit layout, etc.).

+ Work with the print vendor to ensure the best printing product.

Corporate Social Responsibility Communications

Responsible for designing publications related to the CSR program

• Create key visual
• Make adaptation KV to social posts (FB post, banner, cover…)
• Design POSM for the event (Backdrop, banner, signage, standee, etc.)
• Retouch photos to media

Ad-hoc support for other marketing/communication activities

Other design-related tasks as assigned

• 2- 3 years of experience in the same field or a relevant job.
• Fluent in English language skills.
• Be a bachelor’s degree holder in the listed fields of study.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office; and how to use a Macbook.
• Knowing how to create and edit videos is an advantage.
• Strong mind of creativity and art.
• Candidates should possess a talent for design, color, and style and are required to have a strong interest in current and future design trends.
• Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, team-work spirit

• Salary package (16-17M Gross) commensurate with experience and qualifications
