• Act as the conduit between the US-based creative team and the Asian suppliers.
• Create and revise print-ready artwork for packaging and POP materials.
• Ensure all artwork is correctly formatted and optimized for printing.
• Collaborate with the design team to implement design elements and standards.
• Liaise with Southeast Asia print suppliers to confirm specifications and address any issues that may arise.
• Perform quality control on final prints to ensure they meet set standards.
• Stay updated on the latest design and printing technologies.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects within design specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Verbal and Oral communication skills, presentation, and the ability to sell ideas

Decision Making Capabilities:

• Graphic design for products, content, packaging, merchandising, internal needs, events, and PR materials under supervision of a manager
• Contribute original ideas to the design
• Provide input to resources and timeline discussions
• Print proof approval
• Provide input on graphic standards

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field with a minimum of 3 years experience designing packaging graphics and related print projects or an associate degree in Graphic Design with 6 years of working experience designing packaging graphics and related print projects
• Proven experience as a Print Production Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe XD) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong computer skills and virtual workflow (MAC platform)
• Strong understanding of print production processes and techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; can manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of branding principles and ability to maintain brand consistency across projects.
• Experience working with international print suppliers, particularly in Southeast Asia.
• Familiarity with color management and proofing processes.
• Ability to speak or understand languages commonly used in Southeast Asia (e.g., Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese).
