We're seeking a skilled Golang developer to join our team at an important stage in our product development. This role requires someone who can learn our existing architecture, work effectively with our cross-functional team, and contribute quality code. The ideal candidate is comfortable in fast-paced environments, values good code standards, and can adapt to our established codebase and business requirements. • Write efficient, reliable Go code that meets production standards
• Develop and maintain robust APIs that support multiple client platforms
• Help identify performance bottlenecks through testing and analysis
• Implement automated testing for reliability and regression prevention
• Write efficient database queries and help optimize data flow
• Build reusable components and maintain clean, readable code
• Integrate well with our existing development team and codebase
• Maintain 85%+ QA acceptance rate with quality code
• Participate in refactoring efforts to improve code quality
• Work effectively with front-end developers and project stakeholders

Core Expertise (Must-Have)

• 1+ years Golang experience with service-oriented architecture
• Proficiency in at least one additional language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#)
• Good understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
• REST API design and implementation experience
• Understanding of API security and authentication systems (ex: OAuth)
• Familiarity with messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Git workflow experience and basic CI/CD understanding
• Experience with containerization (Docker)

Education & Soft-Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to provide and receive feedback
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to learn new business domains
• Good communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams

Other Nice-to-Have

• Experience using AI tools at work (ex: Cursor/Winsurf/Cline/Copilot or others)
• Experience with Jira, Scrum, or Agile methodologies
• Willingness to learn and adapt to existing codebases
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies
• Proficiency in any language (Preferred: Vietnamese, French, English)
