Main Responsibilities

1. ORDER MANAGEMENT

  • Prepare, validate, and confirm all received orders to suppliers, customers, and partners, ensuring alignment with validated information from the Development PIC, customer requirements, contracts, and supplier confirmations.
  • Implement and follow up on production plans.
  • Prepare, implement, and monitor QC plans, including analysis, input, and corrective action proposals.
  • Monitor orders by maintaining timely communication with suppliers, customers, and partners to ensure smooth deliveries according to schedule, quantity, quality, and other criteria.
  • Lead production meetings and coordinate all teams involved in production and delivery processes.

2. REPORTING

  • Provide daily updates to customers, suppliers, and partners regarding order status, issues, resolutions, and confirmations.
  • Submit weekly reports to customers, suppliers, colleagues, and partners based on an agreed schedule, covering order status and key decision points.
  • Present monthly reports to managers and directors on operational results, workload, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct quarterly supplier evaluations, rankings, and risk assessments (Sourcing Database + Manager) to identify and address challenges related to market entry barriers in different countries.

3. PARTNER RELATIONS

  • Be accessible and available to customers and suppliers regarding order-related matters.
  • Respond in a timely manner to ensure both efficiency and reassurance.
  • Provide valuable insights, added value, and well-informed feedback.
  • Maintain solution-driven communication by considering context and proactively offering options.

Requirements

  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in sourcing or order management for furniture/home decor is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing) is mandatory.
  • A commercial mindset and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Strong proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word).
  • Experience in logistics is appreciated.
  • Experience in an international working environment is a plus.
