We are looking for a Project Management Specialist to lead and oversee global New Product Development (NPD) projects, working closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, ensure deliverables are met, and drive execution excellence using established project management frameworks and tools.

• Ensure consistent use of the company's project management tools and methodologies throughout the NPD process; provide training when necessary.
• Build strong collaborative partnerships with marketing and product teams to align on project objectives and business goals.
• Develop and manage project dashboards, timelines, and task assignments using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Track project progress and hold cross-functional team members accountable for deliverables and deadlines.
• Organize and facilitate effective project meetings, including setting agendas, driving decisions, assigning action items, and recording minutes.
• Lead issue resolution, risk assessment, and contingency planning to prevent and overcome project roadblocks.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to team members and key stakeholders in a timely and structured manner.
• Escalate any major resource constraints or timeline risks to upper management for resolution.
• Drive collaboration between marketing, engineering, and development teams to ensure global alignment in product strategy.
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project status, roadblocks, and milestones.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Management Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree (concentrated in Project Management preferred) or 7-10 years’ work experience managing complex projects.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience applying project management tools and methodology.
• Strong knowledge of and experience applying project management tools and methodology
• Proficient in software, including MS Office Project, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Demonstrated ability to assess risk, opportunity, problem-solve, and plan contingencies
• Broad business acumen – understanding of cross-functional groups involved in the new product development process
• Clear and consistent communication and influence skills, including the ability to influence without authority
• Consistently strong history of business results and accomplishments
• Fluent English communication is a must
