• Working shift: 8AM–5PM or 10AM–7PM (rotating weekly)
• Working days: 26–27 days/month (~4 days off/month)
• Respond to all reservation requests and executes prompt, courteous, and accurate guest service always
• Fully knowledgeable about hotel guest rooms, rates, promotions, amenities, programs, hotel facilities, and services
• Answer guest inquiries pertaining hotel facilities and services, and other related information
• Well use the property management systems (PMS)
• Assist and prepare in groups pre-arrival process and preparing group rooming lists
• Conduct site-inspections as required
• Always provide professional and courteous guest service
• Maintain current filing system and prepare reports if required
• Perform administrative jobs for the department if required

• At least 6 month experience in Reservation/Customer Service in hospitality​
• Good English language skills and using Property Management System.​
• Ability to coordinate with other departments
• Flexibility to work on shifts.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written Vietnamese language skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer service mindset.
• Proactive at work.
