Main Responsibilities
Sales & Client Development
- Prospect new clients and support business development activities.
- Attend and support client meetings.
- Follow up actively to move opportunities forward.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Meeting & Communication Support
- Take structured meeting notes and ensure follow-up actions.
- Provide translation support (Vietnamese ↔ English) when needed.
Marketing Support
- Assist in organizing events, seminars, and exhibitions.
- Work with Marketing Coordinator on campaigns and materials.
- Collect market insights (competitors, pricing, trends).
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Sales Manager on opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales Admin for order execution.
- Report on client activity and pipeline.
Requirements
- 0-3 years experience (fresh graduates welcome with strong potential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent Vietnamese and good English.
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn sales.
- Comfortable in client-facing situations.
