We are looking for a self-driven, tech-savvy individual with a strong background in web and mobile app development. If you’re someone who’s ambitious, highly committed to professional growth, and eager to make a tangible impact through technology, this opportunity is for you. 

• Build Testing Frameworks: Design and develop effective test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure API, mobile, and web applications function flawlessly. 
• Manual Testing: Perform hands-on testing across iOS, Android, web, and backend services to identify bugs and ensure quality across platforms. 
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Communicate detailed, insightful feedback to Engineering, Design, and Product teams during the development process. 
• Elevate Quality Standards: Recommend new processes and policies that raise the bar for product quality and QA effectiveness. 
• Client Support: Communicate directly with clients (primarily in Australia) to clarify issues, provide solutions, and support product launches. 
• Stay Agile: Adapt quickly to evolving requirements and jump into new tasks as needed. 

• 3+ years of experience in IT, software development, or QA, especially with mobile/web apps. 
• Strong experience in manual testing (functional, UI/UX, regression, exploratory). 
• Proven ability to ensure product quality across mobile (iOS/Android), web, and backend platforms. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Advanced level). 
• Comfortable working directly with Australian clients. 
• Strong sense of ownership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to receive and implement feedback. 
• Must have Own both iOS and Android devices for real-device testing. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Reliable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload). 
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology. 
• Scrum Master certification is a plus. 
• Experience providing QA support from feature ideation through release.
