• Manage the QA process for purchased finished products and materials sourced from assigned factories. Partner with Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure sourced products and materials meet specifications. 
• Perform pre-shipment inspections.
• Provide onsite support toward the commercialization of new products in supplier factories as assigned.
• Ensure production test plans are executed at assigned supplier factories.
• Lead structured problem-solving teams to identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions in response to quality issues.
• Review specific Quality system audit & Ethical Audit CAP as needed.

Decision-Making Capabilities (Most important decisions made while performing the job).

• Determine the compliance of raw materials, work-in-process, and/or finished goods to established component/product specifications.
• Determine the appropriate test methods to confirm that sourced products perform as intended.

• A B.S. degree in a technical discipline is required, and an engineering discipline is preferred.
• At least five years’ experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills in both verbal & written, able to manage onsite communication with the factory’s technical & leadership team.
• Able to work independence & report to overseas manager
• Frequent travel within India.
• Travel to Vietnam and other Asia countries.
• Knowledge of statistical methods.
• Ability to interpret product specifications and drawings.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities are required.
• Must be fluent in English; writing, reading, speaking, listening.
