Main Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Corporate Services and HR Solutions team. This role involves driving revenue growth through strategic recruitment initiatives, delivering exceptional client service, and acting as a trusted advisor in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will combine their industry expertise with a passion for connecting top talent with leading organizations.


1. Revenue Growth: 

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve recruitment revenue targets. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client portfolio. 


2. Client Management: 

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their recruitment needs and organizational goals. 
  • Provide strategic advice and tailored solutions to address clients' talent acquisition challenges. 
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring beneficial terms for both parties. 


3. Recruitment Operations: 

  • Source and attract high-caliber talent through diverse channels, including leveraging personal networks. 
  • Conduct interviews and evaluations to ensure candidates align with client requirements and culture. 
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates. 


4. Market Analysis: 

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations to refine recruitment strategies. 

 

5. Reporting and Analytics: 

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment efforts and revenue. 
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment. 
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth. 
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
