Main Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers; you'll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of tech roles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, etc.) to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to send technical tests & assessment methods to identify the best candidates.
- Collaborate closely with tech leads and managers to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Build a talent pool emphasizes proactive sourcing, ensuring a readily available pool of qualified candidates for future roles, reducing time-to-fill, and improving hiring efficiency.
- Record candidate information in the hiring system allows for better tracking, analysis, and reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making in the recruitment process.
- Produce monthly reports to provide insights into recruitment progress, sourcing tracking, conversations, etc.
- Act as a brand ambassador for SOA, showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to integrate into their roles and company culture.
- Support in collecting and sharing actual timesheet records with the HCMC C&B team to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Keep up to date with the latest tech trends, recruitment best practices, and the competitive landscape.
- Ensure timely and high-quality recruitment and replacement to support SOA's growth and project needs as assigned.
Requirements
- A solid track record of success in recruiting for technical roles, specifically within software development. Strong sourcing skills and experience using various recruitment platforms and tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- A strong work ethic, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering results.
- A collaborative and supportive attitude, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A genuine interest in technology and the ability to understand technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
