- Supervise the production team (operators, supervisors, technicians) to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Improve production organization and efficiency while maintaining existing quality levels.

- Coordinate with Technical, Design, and Quality Departments to ensure seamless communication between development and production.

- Participate in technical validation of new products (samples, fittings, production readiness).

- Monitor production KPIs: output, efficiency, defect rate, and on-time delivery.

- Support the General Manager in implementing improvement projects (Lean, 5S, line balancing).

- Provide technical training and guidance to team leaders and workers on lingerie construction and sewing methods.

- Work closely with QA and maintenance teams to prevent technical issues recurring.

- Ensure all production processes comply with internal quality and ESG standards.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, or related fields.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in lingerie or garment production, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or technical leadership role.

- Technical Expertise:

+ Strong knowledge of lingerie construction, pattern, and sewing techniques.

+ Experience in organizing production lines, optimizing workflow, and balancing manpower.

+ Understanding of product development and technical transfer from sample to mass production.

- Language: English & Vietnamese (professional level) or French (is an advantage).

- Soft Skills:

+ Good leadership and communication skills.

+ Hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, and able to motivate production teams.

+ Problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement orientation.

- Gross Salary: 35M
