Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Tester Specialist/Leader for a 12-month digital transformation project with one of the top banks in Vietnam. The selected candidates will work directly onsite at the client’s office.

+ Work Location: Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi – Client Site

+ Project Duration: 12 months

+ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

- Tester Specialist:

1. Develop test scenarios based on requirements and design documents (BRD, FSD, TSD) from a testing perspective.

2. Conduct testing during all project testing phases. Analyze, interpret, and report test results, identifying and categorizing detected issues. Provide feedback to the Development and Design teams based on test outcomes.

3. Maintain a defect log and analyze test results to create improvement plans.

4. Ensure all testing activities comply with defined standards and processes.

- Test Lead:

1. Provide direction and lead the development of testing strategies for all testing phases, including methods, scope, and tools based on project requirements and risks. Ensure all testing requirements and environmental tools are implemented.

2. Monitor the defect handling process and ensure understanding between development and testing teams.

3. Measure and monitor progress during the testing process to validate the solution according to the plan and scope. Ensure compliance with testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies.

4. Review testing deliverables (e.g., test scenarios, automation scripts, data) to ensure quality and consistency with the testing strategy and plan.

5. Coordinate with relevant parties to perform change management activities.

- Tester Specialist:

1. At least 3 years of experience in testing Web and/or Mobile and/or API and/or applications related to finance and/or banking and/or corporate financial management integrated with banking systems and/or providing products and services to corporate customers on digital platforms and/or solutions in the field of e-commerce.

2. Participated in implementing at least 01 project of digital banking solutions and/or corporate financial management integrated with banking systems and/or providing products and services to corporate customers on digital platforms as a tester.

- Test Lead:

1. At least 7 years of experience as a Test Lead in IT system development projects in finance and/or banking.

2. At least 2 years working in Agile development teams.

3. Participated in at least one (01) digital banking solution project for corporate customers as a Test Lead in a large financial institution or bank.
