• Handle commercial contracts from quotation stage to delivery for manufacturers and customers.
• Support the sales team in preparing, checking, and managing documents such as contracts, purchase orders, quotations, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth sales and purchasing procedures, including shipment planning.
• Report business opportunities, issues, and potential risks to the Team Leader and Department Manager.
• Collect, process, and analyze data related to chemical products to identify market trends and prepare market reports.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the company.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1-3 year of experience
• Fluent in English; Japanese speaking ability is a plus.
• Careful, patient, honest, and able to work under pressure.
• Business-minded with basic understanding of international trade.
• Good teamwork spirit and positive working attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work long-term with the company.
