CS Intern

Our dynamic and innovative one-stop-shop business is dedicated to providing agile and creative Corporate services and HR solutions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where creativity and agility are valued.

1.Account management:

• Coordinate with team to build long-lasting client relationships, manage renewals, and ensure service quality.
• Resolve issues, follow up on solutions, and uphold SOA's values.
• Deliver solutions according to customer needs and prepare reports.

2.HR responsibility:

• Assist in managing hosted employee life cycle and HR tasks.
• Support handle tax, visa, and other administrative procedures.
• Track payments, update files, and issue invoices.
• Provide daily support to hosted employees.

• ENGLISH IS A MUST and French is a plus (Speaking & Writing)
• Recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates.
• Can work full - time (at least 4 days/week), 4 months
• Be care, think outside of the box and confidence
• Willing to learn and can become full - time staff is a plus
• Subject to program termination if violating policies or deviating from SOA's culture
