Executive Assistant (50%)

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive of NAB Vietnam
  • Proactively manage the Executive schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Highlight and prioritise items that need Excs attention
  • Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a professional and effective manner, through either personally handling or delegating them to appropriate person
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive and Associate Director, Business Governance
  • Provide comprehensive property administrative support, Office and admin governance and Receptionist duty


Administration (50%)

  • Arrange logistics for welcoming guests, including coordinate with NAB AU Executive’s EA to arrange guest’s agenda, transportation, fast track, visa, lunch/dinner meals or drinks.
  • Proceed travel reimbursement claim for Executive and Senior Leader Team.
  • Responsible for organizing internal events/meeting of Executive Leader Team/Senior Leader Team/Board menbers assigned by Executive Management (EM) Manager/Executives
  • Other admin tasks assigned by EM Manager from time to time.


Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in Project Coordinator, Operation Assistant, Assistant to Director level or related role​
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & English skill
  • Ability to take and record accurate notes/minutes in complex meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality, demonstrate diplomacy & tactfulness
  • Professional and ability to work under pressure
