A full-service OEM contract manufacturer in the woodworking industry, specializing in high-quality kitchen components for international markets. Located in Nhon Trach Industrial Park, Dong Nai, the company combines skilled craftsmanship with modern production technology to deliver reliable, high-standard products for global clients. 

• Ensure total quality management / Đảm bảo tổng thể quản lý chất lượng nhà máy 
• Develop, oversee and prioritize tactical plans, programs, operations direction and performance requirement for departments (to ensure the optimum utilization of available equipment, space, facility and human resource assure achievement of factory operational goals and company’s vision/mission./ Lập kế hoạch chiến lược, dự trù, lên chương trình hoạt động, phân công nhiệm vụ cho các phòng ban trong nhà máy đảm bảo sử dụng tối ưu hóa các nguồn lực nhà xưởng, thiết bị, nhân lực để đạt được các mục tiêu hoạt động của nhà máy và chiến lược/ sứ mệnh của công ty. 
• Assure maintenance of product standards through vigilant administration of high research/manufacturing/ testing standard, employee awareness and training programs, adherence to high level of housekeeping standards etc/ Đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm thông qua sự giám sát liên tục và duy trì các chuẩn mực cao trong nghiên cứu, sản xuất, kiểm nghiệm, bảo quản, các chương trình huấn luyện, và nâng cao nhận thức của nhân viên. 
• Critically review and monitor operating results and to specifically update and recommend to Management on issues affecting Quality and Profitability/ Xem xét và theo dõi các kết quả hoạt động, báo cáo/ khuyến cáo kịp thời Ban Tổng Giám Đốc về các vấn đề ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng sản phẩm và lợi ích công ty. 
• Ensure continuous improvement in all areas of operations to provide continual stimulus to its growth and operational efficiency./ Đảm bảo tất cả các hoạt động của nhà máy không ngừng cải tiến nhằm kích thích sự phát triển và hiệu quả hoạt động của nhà máy. 
• Participate in planning new products to market./ Tham gia vào hoạch định phương án để đưa các sản phẩm mới ra thị trường. 

• 10+ years' experience in factory management about wooden furniture/ Có tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý trong nhà máy sản xuất gỗ. 
• Advanced knowledge in international quality management system standards (ISO, SA8000...)/ Hiểu biết chuyên sâu về các hệ thống quản lý chất lượng quốc tế (ISO, SA8000...) 
• Skill to motivate working enviroment in the factory and coordinate well with individuals / departments concerned/ Có khả năng khuyến khích phát triển nhân viên, điều phối tốt các phòng ban trong nhà máy. 
• Good English skills, computer proficiency./ Anh văn, vi tính thành thạo.
• Leadership, good communication and data analysis skills./ Có kỹ năng quản lý, lãnh đạo, giao tiếp tốt, trình bày thuyết phục, kỹ năng phân tích và xử lý số liệu tốt.
