Full-stack Developer (Odoo - Python, Javascript)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

We are looking for an experienced Full-stack Developer (Odoo) to join our team and take part in the development, customization, and maintenance of Odoo ERP modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with both technical and functional teams to design solutions that align with business needs and provide ongoing support to ensure system efficiency. 

1. Development & Customization 

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on provided specifications. 
• Implement new features to enhance Odoo functionality. 
• Build dynamic, interactive front-end features using JavaScript. 
• Ensure seamless integration of Odoo with other internal systems. 

2. Maintenance & Support 

• Maintain and optimize existing modules for performance and stability. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs. 
• Provide technical support to internal users when needed. 

3. Requirement Analysis 

• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. 
• Write clear and concise technical documentation based on specifications. 

4. Training & Documentation 

• Participate in end-user training sessions on newly developed features. 
• Prepare and maintain thorough technical documentation for future reference. 

Qualifications: 

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related fields. 
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Software Developer. 
• Previous professional experience in ERP development, particularly Odoo. 

Technical:  

• Back-end (Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo module development) and front-end (JavaScript, interactive UI development) 
• Domain: ERP 
• Framework: Odoo 
• Database: PostgreSQL. 
• Tools: GIT/Github 
• Cloud service: AWS 

Functional:  

• Understanding of Business Process: accounting; inventory management; sales; procurement; … 
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. 

Soft Skills:  

• Autonomy in translating technical tasks. 
• Good communication skills to work effectively with functional teams. 
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment. 

Languages: English + Vietnamese speaking. French is a plus.
