- Determine Route-to-market and distribution model, build strategic channels for strong brand exposure and sales growth
- Be a critical sales leader in the development of all commercial strategies, projects, and initiatives and translate them into a coordinated commercial deployment plan
- Analyze moving trends of customers/ shoppers and transform sales organization for better adaptability and higher effectiveness
- Lead commercial planning, forecasting, and performance management across all channels to deliver sales target
- Lead trading term negotiation with key accounts/ customers across retail and medical channels
- Establish and manage a long-term partnership as well as sustainable profits with distributors and customers
- Build a performance tracking system and set KPIs for the sales team
- Develop a highly effective sales team with a winning spirit and build excellent execution in the marketplace as a culture
- Prepare and present business reviews, and updates, and determine market challenges & opportunities
- Capture Omni-channel trends to develop a unique distribution model leveraging Digital & Technology Transformation
- Ensure effective leadership, teamwork, and collaboration with other business units
- Ensure proper inspection readiness and high integrity/compliance in all aspects of solution delivery
- Ensure effective consultation with key business partners in exploring and applying innovative solutions/ideas to address business opportunities and challenges.
Yêu cầu công việc
- +10 years of successful experience in a sales management role for FMCG, Retail Beauty/Skincare is an advantage
- Embrace a disciplined environment & high commitment to the sales team. Lead by example
- Comprehend the dynamic of the retail landscape, channel & shopping trends, Digital transformation
- Strategic thinking with a high ability of excellence in execution
- Good business acumen and ability to connect various business parameters to create a comprehensive plan
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong purpose of improving people's goodness
- Strong People leadership & Organization development
- Demonstrate a strong sense of Caring & Integrity
- Able to act with speed and work autonomously in a fast-paced and complex matrix business
- Team-player, Respectful, Eager-to-learn, Growing mindset & Resilient
- Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment. Able to travel frequently
- Excellent communications skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a similar field required
