Join our Corporate Services & HR Solutions team, where you'll play a key role in supporting the recruitment and employee relations activities for our clients. This position focuses on delivering end-to-end recruitment support - from job analysis to onboarding - ensuring smooth communication between candidates and clients while maintaining a positive employee experience.


Recruitment Support

  • Job Analysis Support: Analyze job requirements for client-recommended positions. Help create detailed job descriptions and candidate personas. Work with sourcing partners to develop sourcing strategies, find suitable channels, and write engaging job posts.
  • Candidate Selection: Support the selection process by screening CVs, assessing online tests or other methods based on project requirements, scheduling interviews.
  • Casting Preparation: Support organizing casting sessions, share preparation tips before casting, and ensure candidates show up for casting.
  • Offer & Negotiation: Support in preparing job offer discussions and finalizing job offerterms.
  • Feedback & Follow-up: Regularly check in with both clients and candidates after placements to gather feedback.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong connections with potential candidates to grow the CV database.

Employee Relations:

  • Employment Contract: Support draft and review employment contracts to make sure they follow legal rules and company policies.
  • Onboarding: Support manage onboarding programs to make sure new employees settle in smoothly. Provide necessary documents and guidance during the process.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist in calculating employee salaries, benefits, and allowances to ensure they are correct and fair.
  • Employee Engagement: Be a contact point for employee questions and concerns. Help find the causes of problems and suggest solutions to keep a positive work environment.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Be careful, have confidence and out of the box thinking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Continuous learning mindset with a willingness to gain knowledge.
