Inspector will stay in our supplier’s factory and be responsible for daily inspection job including production parts and new project sample. Support the project engineer’s job. Detecting and correcting problems, help the suppliers improving quality. Follow up the quality issues and make sure action plan is relevant. Fill quality documents (if have some complaint from our customer, we can track the route cause).

Candidates should have enough experience in measuring methods tools. They should have good communication with suppliers. Most of the work is in the factory, inspecting production parts and taking action when finding defective parts. There will be some office work to fill quality documents.

LOCATION: Tay Ninh

TRAVEL: Frequent travel to Tay Ninh, Long An, and other locations in the south of Vietnam, transport and hotels are paid when necessary. Most of the travels will be same day and you come back home after work, some locations could require multiple days at the hotel.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE ARE:

- Inspect the production parts and samples of new project and ensure the products quality and delivery day.

- Know and understand our quality specifications and communicate them to suppliers.

- Make the control plans and ensure to inspect all important points.

- Make Non-Conformity reports and NCR-follow up weekly and supervise the supplier’s continuous improvement in quality.

- NCR corrective and permanent action follow-up.

- Collect the number of PPM.

- Can read and write English well.

- Junior college or above in a technical field with 1-2 years experience.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Software packages (Word, Excel, Power point etc.

- Great knowledge of measuring tools (Vernier Caliper. high vernier caliper. depth indicator. torque wrench. rubber hardness meter,…).

- Good understanding in engineering drawings especially in tolerance.

- Strong interpersonal communication skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem judging skills.

- Gross Salary: 16.000.000 VND, negotiable based on experience.
